There is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due to schedule an appointment. The deposit is due at the time of confirmation, deposits are credited toward your service. •Please be sure that you can make your appointment before scheduling. If YOU cancel your appointment, you are not entitled to a refund. •Cancellations made same day will be charged 50% of total service fee. •If you cancel your appointment your deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable meaning if you schedule a new future appointment, your previous deposit does not apply and cannot be used for a different customer. •No call/ No show appointments will be charged 100% cost of service and you will not be allowed to rebook until fee is paid. **Hair MUST be 3 inches in length all around for knotless braids** My ability to service shorter hair is at my discretion- appointment is not guaranteed. Failure to disclose hair length will result in appointment cancellation. *No refund after service is completed* I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone*
